Microphone may stop functioning on Rally Bar / Rally Bar Mini running CollabOS 1.12.

1. Products Affected: Rally Bar & Rally Bar Mini in Appliance Mode.

2. Conditions: Under certain conditions, the microphone on a small number of Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini devices running CollabOS 1.12 might stop working.

3. Workaround: A device reboot is required to resolve this issue.

4. Resolution Progress:

   1. Resolved in CollabOS 1.12.268

   2. Workaround: June 17th, 2024 - Update your device to CollabOS 1.12.264. This version includes a temporary fix that reverts the audio algorithms back to RightSound. A new CollabOS build, which will re-enable RightSound 2, will be available shortly.
