2. Connect the cables first to the devices and then to the hub.

3. Connect the hub's power cable to an outlet.

ConferenceCam CC3000e is compatible with most video applications on either Windows or Mac.

CC3000e is certified to work with the following client applications:

• Microsoft Teams Rooms

• WebEx

Supported operating systems for the ConferenceCam CC3000e

This product is supported on:

• Windows 8 and Windows 10

• Mac OS X 10.7 and later

• Android (Chrome OS only)

Also, check the following:

• USB bandwidth — (ex. using many active USB devices at the same time)

• CPU utilization — (ex. file transfers, streaming, checking email, antivirus scanning)

• Network bandwidth — you should have around 3 Mbps download

• Both sides of the call need to meet standard HD parameters

• On Windows, in Control Panel > Sound, confirm that the CC3000e is selected as the default communication device for playback and recording. For macOS go to System Settings > Sound and make sure CC3000e is the primary device.

• In your video/audio calling application, check the audio settings and make sure the Echo Canceling Speakerphone for CC3000e is selected for both the speaker and microphone. Then, check the video settings and verify that the CC3000e is selected for the camera.
