Can I use Brio/Brio 4K webcam with Windows Hello?

Yes, you can use your Brio/Brio 4K webcam with Windows Hello. When you connect the webcam to any USB port on a computer running Windows 10 or later that has internet access, Microsoft Windows Update will install the necessary driver and service.

Note: The driver and service can only be obtained from Windows Update and cannot be downloaded as a separate file. 

Once the update is complete, go to Windows Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options and select Brio for Windows Hello.

Enhanced Sign-In Security

If you have "Enhanced Sign-In Security" enabled, you will need to disable VBS (Virtualization-based Security) to use Brio/Brio 4K for Windows Hello. To do this, navigate to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Security > Device Security > Core Isolation > Memory Integrity (turn it off).
