How do I upgrade my BRIO firmware and what platforms do you support?

The BRIO HD Pro, BRIO 305, and BRIO 505 business webcams can receive firmware updates automatically if you are using the free Logi Tune software which can be downloaded here.

You can check your Logitech product's current firmware version by selecting your product in the Logi Tune application under My Devices and then clicking the Info Button next to the Logitech product picture.
