I’m not getting video with BRIO and Microsoft Teams on laptops with integrated Windows Hello camera

If you are not seeing video with BRIO and Microsoft Teams on a laptop with an integrated camera that supports Windows Hello, please try the following short-term fix until a planned Microsoft Teams Rooms software update is available to fix this issue:

1. In Device Manager, click the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.

2. Right-click on the listing for the camera (example: Intel(R) AV Stream Camera…)

3. Select Disable.

You should now be able to see video on Microsoft Teams.
