Getting Started: Lenovo Zoom Room on Windows
Connect a keyboard and mouse to the Lenovo PC. You will only need this to get through the Out of Box Experience (OOBE) the first time.

Create your Zoom Room Account: Adding Zoom Rooms on the web portal
Ensure you have the proper firewall rules for Zoom Rooms: Firewall Configuration for Zoom Rooms

Connect the network connection from the compute.
Power on the computer
Go through the OOBE.
IMPORTANT: Wait 30 seconds at least before clicking next on the first screen of the OOBE.
Disconnect the keyboard and mouse.
After OOBE the compute will reboot and the Thinksmart onboarding window will appear. At this point you can change the local admin password and/or onboard the compute to Thinksmart Manager. If you do not see this window, or get an error message, that is due to not waiting long enough at the first OOBE screen. Reboot the system and it should work. If you continue to have problems, contact Lenovo support.
Disconnect the keyboard and mouse.
The system will reboot and the zoom application will start.
To enter the admin desktop connect a keyboard and press the start button 5 times.
