How can I tell which model compute I have?

Please see below for how to identify compute models bundled with Logitech.

Intel / ASUS NUC
The NUCs from our bundles can be identified by the label on the bottom of the device:

  • Find the AIS sticker on the bottom of the NUC

  • Look at the end of the Model number:

    • 'LOG-Z' or 'ZOOM-' means this is a Zoom NUC

    • 'LOG-M' or 'TEAMS-' means this is a Teams NUC

  • Choose the platform above (Microsoft or Zoom), then match the model ID with the models listed for each type of NUC

Lenovo Tiny / Core
Lenovo has fewer variations between models, so all you'll need to do is confirm your device is one of the supported models (Lenovo Core or Tiny/M920q), and identify which platform (Zoom or Teams) it is used with, then select that option above.

Google Meet Compute
Ensure your model is a supported from a supported Logitech bundle by selecting Google above, then ensuring the model matches one of the listed options on the product tile.
