NUC Recovery Step 1: Download Media (Tiger Canyon - Zoom)

Please check find the image for your specific NUC from the list below. Using the wrong recovery media will prevent the system from running optimally. Please contact Logitech support if you have any questions.

On the bottom of your Nuc, look for the sticker below and download the corresponding vhdx file. Once downloaded, mount the VHDX file by double clicking on it. A new drive will be mounted to your PC. Then copy the contents of the drive (Do NOT copy the VHDX file) to your USB drive.

Troubleshooting

IMPORTANT: After you finish the recovery process, the password for ZoomAdmin will be reset and you will be required to change the password on the first logon.

Login Details

The current password is empty, do not enter a password in the existing password field. If you forget the password or do not create a password reset disk, and you forget the password, you will need to run through the recovery process again.

BIOS control

At the POST screen Press F2 to enter the BIOS. If this fails, you will need to plug in your keyboard to the USB-C Port with an adapter.

  1. Click on Advanced

  2. Click on USB

  3. Select the port that has the USB drive connected, (do not enable all ports) and set the connection to enabled

  4. Press F10 Save the settings
