Make CC3000e the primary device

To make sure your conference camera is the primary calling device, check the following:

• On Windows, in Control Panel > Sound, confirm that the CC3000e is selected as the default communication device for playback and recording. For macOS go to System Settings > Sound and make sure CC3000e is the primary device.

• In your video/audio calling application, check the audio settings and make sure the Echo Canceling Speakerphone for CC3000e is selected for both the speaker and microphone. Then, check the video settings and verify that the CC3000e is selected for the camera.
