2.6 HTTP Proxy Support for Sync

CollabOS devices version 1.13.154 or later support HTTP Proxy for Sync.

Requirements

• CollabOS device with version 1.13.154 or newer

• HTTP Proxy network connection

• Note: When the toggle is off, devices on HTTP proxy networks bypass the proxy for Sync. Blocked sync traffic may cause devices to appear offline in the Sync portal.

• Make sure HTTP CONNECT is enabled and responding on the proxy side.

Setting Up HTTP Device Proxy

1. Go to CollabOS Settings

2. Navigate to Sync, then Connection

3. Enable "Use device HTTP proxy"

   

4. Once enabled, the device obeys HTTP proxy configuration for sync connection
