RoomMate Certification and Compatibility Information

This document provides information on the functionality and certification status of RoomMate

Note: For more information on the list of certified hardware recommended by the service provider, please visit Team Rooms Certified Hardware or Zoom Room Certified Hardware webpage.

Note: If you are using Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android App (MTRoA), RoomMate will not support multiple audio devices within the app. If you are using a camera/microphone/speaker device you will be unable to use a 3rd party mic/speaker device as the audio selection will default to the initially connected device.

Logitech Certified Hardware

As Certified Hardware, the following devices have been tested in conjunction with RoomMate and all supported conferencing applications to ensure functionality.

Note: To get dual display support with Rally system and RoomMate, it is recommended to connect the Rally system directly to RoomMate and also connect the dual Displays to the HDMI-1 & HDMI-2 port of RoomMate. Dual display support for Rally system when used with RoomMate connected to the table hub will not pass video on the table hub HDMI 2 input.

Logitech Verified Hardware

We partner with manufacturers of 3rd party devices that connect to Logitech appliances to ensure those devices function properly. These are designated as Verified Hardware.  However, other hardware connected to the Verified Hardware (such as microphones connected to DSPs) are not tested.

Other Hardware

RoomMate does not have a “deny list” or any other restrictions with connecting 3rd party USB cameras. However, we do not certify or guarantee that any camera aside from MeetUp, Rally Camera, Rally, and Rally Plus will function properly. Audio devices need to be safelisted as well.
