Supported RingCentral Features on CollabOS

Logitech has discontinued support for the RingCentral room solution as a service provider on CollabOS products from November 30th, 2024.

With a CollabOS update after this date, the RingCentral option will no longer appear on the onboarding screen for CollabOS devices: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate, and Tap IP. Devices that previously operated with this service provider will default to the device settings, requiring a new service provider to be selected. Using Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini with RingCentral’s room application from a PC in BYOD mode will still be possible.
