Getting Ready for the Teams Pro Management Portal Transition for Teams Rooms on Android
Microsoft is transitioning the management of Teams Rooms on Android and Teams Panels from Microsoft Teams Admin Center (TAC) to Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal (PMP). As Microsoft rolls out this transition, it is consolidating Teams Rooms management, monitoring, and operational capabilities.

Teams Rooms management is moving from TAC to PMP.
PMP will become the primary management portal for administrators.
Existing rooms will appear in PMP automatically after the transition.

CollabOS 2.1.B is available in Logitech Sync. However, it is recommended to wait until CollabOS 2.1.B has been certified by Microsoft and is available through the Teams Admin Center (TAC).

Update devices to CollabOS-2.1.B
You have three options to update: TAC, Logitech Sync or via device settingsĀ
Once the update is completed, you can verify that the devices are listed correctly in Pro Management Portal (PMP)
Verify that the device has been updated to CollabOS-2.1.B
Verify that a device setting change is applied correctly. e.g. Change a theme
Verify that a configuration profile is correctly applied from PMP

Frequently asked questions
What happens to my TAC configuration profiles?
Microsoft allows importing existing TAC Configuration Profiles into PMP as Settings Templates. This allows you to continue using your existing configuration in the new Teams Rooms Pro Management Portal. During the import, PMP maps supported TAC settings to their corresponding PMP settings.
What settings are supported in Configuration Profiles?

Does PMP support two-way synchronization of individual device settings?
Yes. PMP supports two-way synchronization for supported device settings. Changes made in PMP can be applied to the device, and changes made directly on the device can be synchronized back to PMP. However, not all device settings, such as DHCP Enabled, IP address, Subnet mask, and swapping of screens
