Greater Alert Customization

We are looking to get better customization of alerts from Sync Portal, both on the email alerts and SNow side. We want the ability to modify alerts for specific devices, including the ability to enable/disable for certain devices.

For example: we want to prioritize alerts for Rally Bars, Tap, and Tap Schedulers, since there would be a direct impact to the functionality of the system. We would want to disable or delay alerts specific to peripherals, such as the Sight or Scribe, since users can utilize the system without those peripherals.
