Multi-Window & Picture-in-Picture (PIP) Mode for Rally Board 65

Please add this features for the Rally Board 65

• Ability to open and arrange multiple application windows simultaneously, including running a Zoom meeting in one window while accessing other apps (such as Miro, Figma, or whiteboard tools) in others.

• Picture-in-picture support for organizing meetings and apps on the same screen for optimized workflow.

Use Cases:

1. Interactive Project Management

• A team leader opens Miro or Jira in one window and a Zoom meeting in PIP. While discussing deliverables with the team, they actively create, assign, or update stickies / tasks in the tool in real time—no need to leave the meeting or switch apps.

2. Design Approval Workflow

• A designer opens a Figma project in the main window and keeps a running group chat or Slack channel open in another. Stakeholders give live feedback in Slack, and the designer immediately implements edits in Figma during the meeting.

3. Live Workshop with Digital Whiteboard

• During a brainstorming session, a facilitator keeps Miro open to gather ideas while also running a Zoom call in PIP. Participants contribute post-its or drawings on the board as they discuss—direct, hands-on collaboration.
