How do I factory reset Logi Dock Flex?

There are two buttons you will need to access on the back of the screen. To access these, use two pins, paper clips or similar and follow the steps as described below:

Hardware Reset

1. Press and hold (A) pinhole button for 5 seconds

2. Press (B) reset button

3. Release (B)

4. Release (A)

The device will reboot and display the reset screen similar to the one below, while erasing all configuration data. 

On success, the device will reboot to the initial setup screen.
