1We do not certify any specific third-party USB to Displaylink adapter. However, we have tested various USB to Displaylink adapters for that use case and experienced no issues. We do recommend using a DisplayLink certified adapter, and DisplayLink Manager software will also be required which can be downloaded free here. Recommendation is to allow DisplayLink Manager to enable "launch automatically after login".
Connecting HDMI monitor to Logi Dock's DisplayPort or DisplayPort monitor to Logi Dock's HDMI port
We do not certify any specific third-party directional DisplayPort to HDMI Cables. However, we have tested various cables for that use case and experienced no issues. An example of one of the cables we tested is here.
Recommended HDMI to DP adapter types
Logi recommends 'active' DP to HDMI adapters or cables are used with the Dock when enabling the DP on Dock for use with an HDMI monitor. Please check the cable manufacturers description confirms the cable is 'active' not 'passive'
