My headset's microphone isn’t working

This article applies for H570e, H570e Microsoft Teams Variant, H650e and H820e.

1. Try to perform a mic test using the video conference application or the computer sound recorder.

2. Check the recording device setup both in Windows and the used application.

3. Try restarting your computer.

4. Verify the physical health of your devices (dented or faulty cable).
