After nightly reboot, MeetUp audio becomes intermittent. Device manager shows a “yellow exclamation” symbol.

Products Affected: MeetUp running SW 1.16.82 or earlier, Microsoft Teams Room on Windows (MTRoW)

Conditions: MeetUp mic and  speaker are not recognized by the host device. MTRoW systems are predominantly reported as affected and the issue is typically seen in the morning after a nightly reboot, sporadically, or every 2-3 days

Resolution : 7/25/22 - Resolved in MeetUp FW upgrade 1.0.264. Deployment of this fix is rolling out through Logitech Sync as well. Check the MeetUp downloads page for the latest firmware. Power cycle of the MeetUp is required to restore normal operation before installing the updated firmware.
