Audio Output via Rally Bar Speakers Stops on Dell OptiPlex PCs

Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Dell OptiPlex 7000 XE

Conditions: When using Rally Bar connected over USB with Dell OptiPlex 7000/7010/7020 XE (BIOS version 1.28), local audio output stops after approximately 30 minutes during meetings.

Workaround: 

• Reboot the Dell PC or reconnect the USB connection between the Rally Bar and OptiPlex to restore audio output.

    • Download and Install BIOS 1.31.1
