Conditions:

• When selecting ‘Framing by Logitech’ from the controller may result in the room video stream being zoomed in tightly. This can lead to in-room participants in certain scenarios being cropped or partially cut off from the frame.

Workaround: Select ‘No automatic framing’ on the controller to maintain a consistent, uncropped video view during calls.
