(Crestron HDMI switch, Solstice Pod, Barco ClickShare, and others)Conditions: Even when no laptop is presenting, the screen appears black as if a signal was still being received from the 3rd party device connected to the Tap HDMI ingest.
Resolution : 7/11/22 - Resolved in Tap FW 1.1.7 update. Please upgrade to the latest version from the Tap Downloads page, or update your Tap from the Sync app or Sync Portal.
