Devices can’t update via Teams Admin Center (TAC).

  1. Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Tap IP, Tap Scheduler

  2. Conditions: Attempts to update firmware via TAC don’t work when outbound firewall access to Microsoft servers is not allowed.

  3. Workaround: Allow ping access to ping.vc.logitech.com

  4. Resolution Progress: Logitech is investigating the issue and available resolutions.
