GoTo Resolve Remote UI Access - Unable to Wake Up Device When In Low Power State

Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate, Tap IP, Tap Scheduler

Service Provider: GoTo Resolve

Conditions: When the CollabOS device enters low power state, the remote session using GoTo Resolve does not wake the device.

Workaround: The device must be woken up by clicking the "home" button in the remote control screen of GoTo Resolve console.

Resolution Progress: Fix will be part of a future release of GoTo Resolve application.
