“Install failed” error when installing Sync bulk provisioning package on some Macs.

Products Affected:Sync, Mac Computers running OS 11.x or greater

Conditions: When installing a bulk provisioning package on Mac OS 11.x or newer systems, the install will fail. The installer starts, then when it gets to provisioning, the command line returns the install failed error.
