Intermittent RightSight 2 camera framing on Google Meet on ChromeOS when using Manufacturer Framing

Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini

Conditions:

• When ‘Manufacturer Framing’ is enabled in the Google Admin Console. Intermittently on call start it's possible that the camera remains static and does not perform dynamic framing.

• Affects devices running CollabOS 2.0 onwards, connected to ChromeOS-based room computers.

Workaround: To start the camera framing, re-enable the Manufacturer Framing toggle on the Touch Controller.

Resolution:

• Resolved with CollabOS 2.0 bundled as part of the ChromeOS M138 PR1
