Limited camera modes on Zoom Rooms for Windows

1. Products Affected: Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini on Zoom Rooms for Windows.

2. Conditions: Zoom Rooms does not show the Speaker Focus camera mode as an option for Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini. If Sight is connected, it won’t activate unless you use the workaround.

3. Workaround:

   • Disable all camera modes except Manual in the Zoom Admin Portal (Admin > Zoom Rooms > Your Room).

   • Enable Speaker View in CollabOS Settings or on Sync. 

4. Resolution Progress: Fix for this issue will be part of the CollabOS 1.13 release
