Logitech Device using Zoom Device Management is not able to update to latest CollabOS releases.

Products Affected:Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate in Zoom Rooms running CollabOS 1.6 or newer

Conditions: CollabOS devices inside proxy/firewalled networks using Zoom Device Management are prevented from updating to the latest CollabOS releases. Other update methods (via Sync portal and local device settings) work as expected. 

Resolution : 10/19/22 - Fix available in CollabOS 1.7.552 / 1.7.570. To update, follow the instructions under “Bug Fixes” in the release notes for CollabOS 1.7.552 / 1.7.570 here.
