Microphone does not work in Teams Direct Guest Join (DGJ) call in Zoom Rooms Appliance.

1. Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Microsoft Teams Rooms, CollabOS 1.8.716+

2. Conditions: This issue occurs in Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini running CollabOS versions 1.8.716 and newer and when joining a Teams Meeting using Direct Guest Join on a Zoom Rooms Appliance.

3. Workaround: Go to Lobby Settings and under the “Who can bypass the lobby?” dropdown, allow “Everyone” to bypass the lobby, as described in this article from Microsoft.

4. Resolution Progress: Fixed in CollabOS 1.10.
