Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini Fail to Update from CollabOS 1.8 to Latest CollabOS on PC-based deployments

• Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini

• Conditions: Rally Bar and Rally Bar Mini devices deployed in PC-based mode may fail to update to CollabOS 1.14 if running CollabOS version 1.8.716 or earlier.

Workaround: 

• Create a Sync update channel and set CollabOS 1.13.199

  • Move devices running CollabOS 1.8.716 or earlier to this new channel 

  • Update devices via Sync

  • Once updated to CollabOS 1.13.199, move the device back to Production channel

  • Update devices via Sync

• Resolution Progress: Logitech is working actively to resolve this issue
