Rally Bar/ Rally Bar Mini BYOD is unavailable after updating to CollabOS 1.9.544/1.9.552

Issue found: 28 June 2023 l Issue resolved: 2 September 2023

1. Products Affected: Rally Bar/ Rally Bar Mini, CollabOS 1.9.544/1.9.552

2. Conditions: After CollabOS update to 1.9.544 or 1.9.552, when connecting a laptop for use in BYOD mode, the Rally Bar/Mini is not detected and therefore not available on the laptop.

3. Workaround: Changing the service provider from BYOD to Zoom and then back to BYOD via CollabOS settings or LNA. 
   Note: If changing service providers does not work, then factory reset and choose BYOD mode.

4. Resolution : Fixed in CollabOS 1.10.
