Rally System camera cuts out briefly during calls, then comes back.

Products Affected:Rally camera running FW 1.7.20

Conditions: Rally camera intermittently stops transmitting video, temporarily goes into sleep mode during use, then the camera will resume functionality on its own after a few seconds. Only seen when the computer is connected to the Rally table hub - does not happen when the computer is connected to display hub.

Resolution : 4/19/23 - Rally System firmware update 1.2.21 mitigates this issue and is now available via Sync. The standalone installer can be found on the Rally System Downloads page.
