RoomMate setup with multiple Rally Cameras and an external DSP intermittently lose audio

• Products Affected: RoomMate in Zoom Rooms Appliance mode 

• Conditions:

  • Multiple Rally cameras connected simultaneously with external USB DSP connections. 

    • Biamp or Shure DSP models over USB

• Workaround: Unplug USB devices, reboot, and reconnect devices.

• Resolution Progress: Logitech is investigating the issue.
