Samsung QMC displays flicker when used with CollabOS devices

1. Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate in Appliance mode.

2. Conditions: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, or RoomMate devices when connected to a Samsung QMC model display flicker.

3. Workaround: Make sure the Samsung QMC display is updated to the latest firmware version offered by Samsung which minimizes the frequency in which the display flickers.

4. Resolution Progress:

   1. [Apr 22, 2024] Samsung has released a new firmware for the QMC display that resolves the issue. Please reach out to the Samsung Support team for details about this firmware.

   2. Fixed in CollabOS 1.11.291, this is independent of the Samsung firmware update.
