Conditions: Some Spot devices with serial numbers beginning with 2602 / 2603 / 2604 / 2605 / 2606 may exhibit inconsistent sensor performance and require RMA. 

Workaround: Please Contact Support and request an RMA replacement for any Spot with a serial number beginning with 2602 / 2603 / 2604 / 2605 / 2606.
