Tap Cat5e shows Purple Screen After Updating to Teams Rooms 1449/1.0.96.2025341701 (GCC-H)

Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, Rally Bar Huddle or RoomMate connected with Tap Cat5e

Conditions: CollabOS devices running release 1.14 configured for Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android may display a purple screen on a connected Tap Cat5e after updating to Teams Rooms app version 1449/1.0.96.2025341701. This affects devices signed into Microsoft GCC-H environments only.

Resolution/Workaround : Perform a factory reset to downgrade to a previously supported Teams Rooms app version that supports Tap Cat5e.
