Tap connected to Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and RoomMate in appliance mode shows up disconnected in Sync portal.

​​Products Affected: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, RoomMate with Tap (USB/cat5e) in appliance mode.

1. Conditions: Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini, and RoomMate devices running CollabOS 1.12 when connected with a Tap via USB or Cat5e, appear as disconnected on the Sync portal.

2. Workaround: Power cycling the Tap will restore its connection.

3. Resolution Progress: FIxed with CollabOS 1.12.252 or higher
