The Teams loading screen shows a pop-up message "you'll need a new app to open this skype-mrx." causing the app to not launch.

  1. Products Affected: MTRoW NUC systems running 4.12.126.0/feature build 21H2 (19044.1706)

  2. Conditions: This issue has been reported on other MTRoW systems and is not unique to systems with Logitech hardware.

  3. Resolution : 7/14/22 - Resolved by new MTR on Windows app version 4.12.139.0. Please make sure MTR on Windows app is updated to this latest version. See Release notes for Microsoft Teams Rooms for details.
