Logitech Spot Battery Life and Battery Replacement

Logitech Spot comes with a pre-installed battery and is ready to be used out of the box. Alternatively, a USB-C port is available for delivering a continuous power supply.

If the USB-C port is used for power supply, the battery does not need to be removed, it will then act as a backup power source in case of a power outage.

Installing a new battery

Sync Portal informs the user when a battery change is needed. When you install a new battery in your Logitech Spot, make sure it faces the correct direction as indicated on the device.

1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the sensor

2. Replace battery

3. Dispose the old Lithium Thionyl Chloride battery, but do not throw in the trash; instead, take them to a specialized battery recycling facility or a retailer with a takeback program for lithium batteries
