How to fix MeetUp remote if it is not moving the camera or its functions are not working

If the remote control is not working properly, verify whether or not the remote is paired with MeetUp. (Does volume button on remote control work? If so, then it is paired.) If not, follow the instructions below.

To pair the remote with Meetup:

1. Ensure the Meetup is attached to an active PC before trying to pair the Meetup remote. 2. Press and hold button on the back of the camera until LED flashes blue.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote for 10 seconds to place it in pairing mode.
4. Once the remote and camera are paired the LED will stop flashing.
5. If the pairing fails, the LEDs will keep flashing. Start from step 2 and repeat.

Note: Check remote batteries and replace them if needed. The MeetUp remote uses CR2032 lithium batteries. With average use, the batteries should last 1-2 years.
