My MeetUp's audio has stopped working. Is there a fix?

Known Issue

When connecting a PC or laptop with an 11th gen Intel CPU running Windows 10 21H1 to a MeetUp for the first time, everything works as expected. Subsequent connection to another MeetUp will not enumerate the audio properly.

Workaround 

• We are still investigating this issue and do not have an officially recommended workaround at this time.

• Some customers have reported success correcting the issue by disabling the Smart Sound Technology Driver.
