Use the Logitech MeetUp ConferenceCam on a USB 3.1 port

You can use your MeetUp ConferenceCam on a USB 3.1 port. Before you do, make sure your system has the most up-to-date drivers and software for the following:

• USB 3.1 Host Controller

• USB 3.1 Chipset

• The specific USB Port used

• Graphics Card

• Motherboard BIOS

You can update the drivers for each from the Device Manager. We also recommend that you check the specific host controller manufacturer’s website for any additional updates.
