What happens when FN lock is disabled on ChromeOS?

Fn-Lock (Esc key secondary function) has no effect when Chrome OS is selected [Bluetooth or via Logi Bolt receiver (Chrome OS layout selected FN+C)]

Fn + F1, F2, …, F12 to do F-keys will still work if the keyboard is connected to your Chrome OS computer through Bluetooth connection.

Fn + F1, F2, …, F12 behavior when connected to your Chrome OS computer through Logi Bolt dongle will show limitations on the experience.
