Options+ Account & Application Settings

Account

If you are not logged in, clicking the account button will start the login process.  Please follow the onscreen instructions as this will open a Logi ID browser window to log into (note: this is a different credential system than Logi Tune or Sync Portal. If you are logged in, this will open your account settings:

• See your details

• Select email notifications on/off

• Edit profile - this will take you to a browser window where you can edit your profile settings

• Log out - Note: that logging out will disable Smart Actions

Application Settings

Clicking on the gear icon from your homepage will open Application Settings.

• Logi Options+ version number is displayed here. 

  • Click the release notes link to review the changes from the last version

  • CHECK FOR UPDATE: click this to see if there are any updates available for you. 

• Automatically install updates: By default this is on but you can toggle this off.

• Troubleshooting and Support: Click the SUPPORT link to take you to the Logitech support page

• Feedback: Click the SUBMIT FEEDBACK LINK to open a feedback window within Options+

• Rate your experience: Click RATE NOW to open a rating window within Options+

• Bluetooth connectivity issue:  Select any combination of the three issues to SEND BLUETOOTH REPORT

• Share diagnostic and usage data:  Toggle this to either turn on or off usage data.  The privacy policy explains how the data is used

• Recommendations: Selectively recommend experiences and devices that are relevant to you.  Toggle this on or off.

• Language: By default the language is set to the operating system language, use the drop down list to change.

• Color Theme: Choose between Follow OS (operating system), Light or Dark themes.
