Options+ Installation Troubleshooting (Windows)

Options+ will not install on Windows:

If Logi Options+ is not installing on your Windows machine then please check these conditions:

1. Ensure you are using an Administrative account to install with.

2. If you have an admin account and still have issues, check that your machine is not restricted by group policies set by your companies IT team.

3. Ensure you have the latest .Net 3.

   1. Go to Control Panel (Click Start and type ‘Control Panel’, then Enter)

   2. Goto Programs

   3. Select Turn Windows Features on or off

   4. Ensure .NET Framework 3.5 is checked and installed

   5. Ensure .NET Framework 4.8  is checked and installed
