How do I connect PTZ Pro 2?

PTZ Pro 2, like our other ConferenceCam products, runs on USB connection.  

To connect PTZ Pro 2: 

1. Connect the included cable to the back of PTZ Pro 2.

2. Connect the power plug to the camera cable.

3. Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet.

4. Connect the USB cable to your computer.

Your operating system (Windows, Mac, or Chrome) will automatically recognize and ready the use of PTZ Pro 2 with your video conference application. Note that it may take a few seconds for the video device to be listed. Once it’s recognized, the camera head will pan and tilt to show that your system is ready to go.
