Remote control is not moving the PTZ Pro 2 camera or functions are not working

If the remote control is not working properly:

1. Make sure the latest firmware version is installed, go to the Sync Portal to get the latest.

2. Check the batteries of the remote control.

3. Try the controls on the base of the speakerphone to ensure the camera and speakerphone are responding to the functions.

4. If you have another PTZ Pro 2, try the remote control from that unit.

5. If the remote still doesn’t work, please contact technical support.
