PTZ Pro 2 will run with any USB-enabled computing systems that run the operating systems and versions listed below.  Note that factors such as CPU speed and memory on your computing system can impact video performance.

Operating System Requirements

PTZ Pro 2 is designed to work across any conferencing software that will run on a USB-enabled computing system (Windows, Mac or Chrome). 

Operating Systems supported for PTZ Pro 2 are:

  • Windows 10 and Windows 11

  • Latest two versions of macOS 

  • ChromeOS Version 29.0.1547.70 or higher

Logitech PTZ Pro 2 Video Collaboration Software Compatibility

PTZ Pro 2 video will work with any application that supports USB Video Class, which is pretty much any video conferencing application.  Once the device is recognized by your operating system, the application will in turn recognize the PTZ Pro 2 camera.  

Specific applications include:

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom

WebRTC Solutions (Chrome, Firefox, etc) Compatibility

PTZ Pro 2 is compatible with standard WebRTC, although different builds may have different requirements that should be evaluated.

Is the power adapter 220V compatible with PTZ Pro 2?

The power adapter works with 100-240V, 50 or 60Hz. However, it’s recommended to purchase the appropriate regional version so that you’ll have the correct plug.

What kind of batteries does the remote need?

PTZ Pro 2’s remote uses two CR2032 batteries.

Does PTZ Pro 2 support USB 3.0?

PTZ Pro 2 is compatible with USB 3.0.  The product itself supports USB 2.0.
