How do I upgrade my firmware and what platforms do you support?

We support firmware updates for both Windows and Mac platforms.  

When a firmware upgrade is available for your Rally System, you'll be able to download a firmware application tool from Logitech. When you launch the tool, it will upgrade all the components (camera, hubs, speakers, mic pods, etc.) of the system appropriately. Check the Rally Download page for the latest firmware upgrades.  In addition, we also provide updates via Windows Update, Microsoft’s tool for automatically updating the Windows operating system, will also provide firmware updates, if Windows Update is turned on.

Note: Before you run the upgrade, make sure the camera driver has been completely installed and isn't in use by other applications.
