Rally System Replacement Troubleshooting

When replacing core components of your Rally System, such as the Camera, Display Hub, or Table Hub, it's essential to re-pair the components to ensure proper functionality.

Re-pairing is also recommended if you are experiencing issues controlling the system with the remote, or encounter problems with audio or video. This process ensures that all devices are communicating correctly and can resolve a variety of common issues.

Rally uses a special 3 way pairing between the remote control, the camera and the Display Hub. To re-pair your hardware, follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the button on the camera until the LED flashes.

2. Press and hold the button on the Display Hub until the LED flashes.

3. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the remote control until the LEDs on both the camera and Display Hub stop flashing. 

4. If the pairing fails, repeat from step 1.
